That was a disaster! Katastrophe!
There is only one person to do all.
Families with their kids unattended. The place is unattended! They bring snow into the pool they jump, is a crazy situation! I do not recommend this place not even for families. Unless you are completely out of ideas where to go. I stayed 30’ and I left!
it was nice warm bad, but during Corona time there was a limit of 150 visitors and when we were there there were only around 120 people, not all are in water and it already felt quite crowded
Visited in January on a snowy afternoon. The place was clean, well organised and surprisingly not crowded at all. However, the place is fairly small with only one short slide that leads to the outdoor part that was accessible even during winter. So do not expect much, more suitable for little kids, 2-3 hours are enough to visit. I have really nothing to complain about, only 4 stars due to lack of more water entertainment.
This swimming pool and spa resort is just amazing. The shared changing rooms are clean and luxury. The swimming pool is warm and large with a great water slide! The drinks and food are reasonably priced with help fill staff speaking German and English!
Swimming pool would be nice experience if not for a grown up kids who behave like a toddlers. Absolutely no respect for rules, no self awareness. Just screaming and jumping...
And administration does nothing to make it stop.
Nice water temperature, good slide although seemed a bit shorter than other slides. The evening price from 5pm till closing is a good deal.
It is a nice swimminpool, not very large but for the kids ok. The pictures give a bit of an different picture though.
The man behind the desk is not very friendly and it seems he doesn't like his work anymore. As I said often in other reviews: if you can't be friendly anymore the stay at home and look for another job!
Nice for some hours after a long skiing day. But don't expect too much. The water is too cold for a thermal bath and too warm for swimming lanes. Something in between.
Can recommend the massage jets after a long day boarding the slopes.
The bubbles / massage jets / waterfall is very close to where the swim lanes are.
The slide is fun and feels longer than it looks.
Everything was clean and not tooooo crazy crowded on a sunday. On a tuesday the men's showers could have used some cleaning (a pice of white bread survived in there for over 2hrs..)
Didn't try the sauna / spa.
